Education Requirements:
High School diploma or general education diploma (GED) preferred; may substitute equivalent work experience for diploma preference.
Experience Requirements:
1 year driving experience in a professional food service environment.
Special Skills/Certifications:
Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license before employment. Capable of operating motorized vehicle safely. Possess current Food Handler Permit before employment, Ability to understand food preparation and safety instructions. Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production procedures. Capable of operating small and large kitchen equipment and tools.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assume the responsibility to deliver meals from the productions site to the serving sites in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and receive delivery and manage inventories
- Ensure signed delivery production records are filed and maintain accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, transport equipment and vehicles
- Provide clean and orderly garbage collections containers
- Maintain proper personal appearance and cleanliness.
- Follow Safety guidelines when operating equipment i.e., vehicle, small or large equipment
- Follow all industry standard guidelines for food safety and sanitation
- If assigned, carry out other specific kitchen roles (e.g., dishwasher, cashier, push meals to other areas of school etc.)
- Rectify unsafe conditions in work area and inform manager of any conditions that is not rectifiable immediately.
- Provide good customer service to maintain good customer relationships
- Maintain regularly cleaning of vehicle

- Bi-lingual Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and apply understand and to carry out instructions in written or oral English.
- Technology: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to learn and use software as necessary (POS, clock in and out etc.). Ability to use basic office equipment. Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.

- Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles; extreme cold and extreme heat
