Starting salary is $90,000

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B.S.) from four-year college or university required.

 Master’s degree preferred but not required.

 Experience with curriculum writing and inquiry-based instruction.

 International Baccalaureate experience, including an understanding of IB instructional and planning practices, is preferred. 

Experience with curriculum writing, and at least one or more years as a Dean (Assistant Principal), or Director (Principal) is highly preferred.

 Demonstrated leadership experiences providing teachers and/or leaders with content-specific professional development and/or coaching feedback is required

. Demonstrated and measurable student achievement in the content area on state, nationally norm-referenced tests, or college readiness exams (ACT, SAT, IB, AP, etc.) is required.
