Compensation
Uplift Education recognizes the value of our staff. Our starting salaries are competitive, and our compensation structure creates stability and sustainability through a salary schedule increase or cost-of living adjustments. In addition, we offer our staff multiple opportunities to increase take-home pay by being able to earn bonuses and stipends.
