Starting Salary: $90,000

Education Requirements:
Juris Doctorate, required; or, Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) to five (5) years of progressively more responsible work experience in complaint investigation, mediation, and conflict resolution in education or an equivalently complex field required.

Experience Requirements:
Legal education or three to five years of related and progressively more responsible work experience in complaint investigation, mediation, and conflict resolution in education or an equivalently complex field. Experience interpreting and applying complex laws and regulations. Familiarity with federal and state law including Title IX, ADA, IDEA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act or other similarly complex legislation pertaining to compliance, non-discrimination and/or equal opportunity.
