Road to College & Career Leaders
Uplift Education’s Road to College & Career program is unparalleled in its commitment to guiding and supporting our scholars through every step of their educational journey, from high school to college and beyond.
As a Road to College & Career (RTCC) Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing the Road to College and Career and academic advisory program at the campus level. You will develop and implement strategic approaches to guide scholars and prepare them for college, providing them with the access and support they need to achieve their future goals. We understand that college may not be the right path for every student, and that’s why as an RTCC Leader you’ll be helping in our mission to provide scholars with career guidance and other resources to help them move into successful occupation options.

Operations Leaders
Our Operations Leaders ensure the operations of our school sites run smoothly. You will lead, structure, and direct critical non-instructional activities to support the educational environment on campus, partnering closely with Instructional Leaders and supervising campus operations team members.
