Compensation for Teachers of Record
Uplift Education recognizes the value of our educators. Our starting salaries are competitive, and our teachers earn yearly raises based on tenure. In addition, we offer our teachers multiple opportunities to increase take-home pay by being able to earn bonuses and stipends.
