Partnerships

We believe in growing the Teacher Pipeline through paid teacher residencies and apprenticeships. We currently partner with Dallas College, Relay Graduate School, and Urban Teachers to provide hands-on teaching experience and development opportunities for education residents. An additional partnership with Texas Tech allows us to support current Teacher Aides as they work on getting their education degree and certification.

Uplift Education is the largest public charter school network in North Texas. Our schools have received national recognition and 100% of our graduates have been accepted to college.

Each school provides free, college-preparatory education in a community that has limited high quality public education options. Our goal is to completely close the achievement gap between students, regardless of their ethnic or socio-economic background, while ensuring that 100% of our students graduate and enroll in college. Uplift’s big goal is for 70% of our graduates to earn a college degree within six years.
