Five Year Professional Development Stipend

High-need Subject Stipends
This stipend program is designed to compensate teachers in high-needs subjects as designated by the state each school year. To be eligible for this stipend, you must be certified in the high-needs subject you are teaching. Our current high-need subjects are:
- Special Education
- Middle and High School Math and Science
- Foreign Language
- High School Computer Science & Career/Technical Education

Performance Bonus Program
At Uplift Education, we strive for excellence and continuously set ambitious goals to improve the academic outcomes of our scholars. Tenure Bonus Program

This program offers the opportunity to earn bonuses upon completion of tenure milestones, recognizing the hard work and loyalty of our team members. Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA)
Uplift is a participant in Texas’ Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA), which identifies top-performing teachers in the state. Individual Uplift teachers who earn the state designation will take home additional compensation. We are proud to be a part of this program that allows us to reward our top-performing teachers who have dedicated their careers to serving our scholars and communities.
