State Retention Pay (2025-26) for Teachers of Record
We’re thrilled to welcome new teachers to Uplift — and especially excited to reward those bringing valuable experience with them.
State Retention Pay is additional performance-based pay provided to eligible teachers and interventionists, funded through state guidelines. This additional pay recognizes both years of service and classroom impact, with payout amounts based on performance tiers aligned to the Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) standards.
Uplift is proud to offer this incentive as part of our transition to performance-based compensation. For 2025–26, eligible educators can earn between $1,000 and $5,500 based on their performance and completed years of service. It’s one more way we’re celebrating the educators driving student success.
